"the perfect excuse to discover what all the fuss was about"

Although all eyes are on the upcoming new Zelda game for Wii U, fans across the internet have been demanding a 3D remake of Majoras’s Mask since the 3DS hit shelves.

To be fair, most would have probably preferred a totally new edition to the series, but as Majora’s Mask is one of the more interesting Zelda tales, we probably shouldn’t complain too much.

Titles like Zelda are a bit of a dying breed. Modern games are all about the quick buzz and regular save points. Getting to the final credits is guaranteed.

Majora’s Mask asks you to invest months in the game, not just a weekend.

As undeniably polished as it is, however, some of the puzzles could’ve been better realized.

One particular segment involves storing an object in a bottle. The object in question was actually bigger than the bottle, though. The quest would’ve ended there, were it not for the in-game hints.

For players unfamiliar with the game, this is the perfect excuse to discover what all the fuss was about. Everyone else should wait for the Wii U game.
